- Relax your muscles and mind, and communicate if you're tense.
- Stay hydrated by drinking extra water after your massage.
- Consider scheduling multiple sessions for cumulative benefits, especially for chronic issues or recovery.

We strive to offer professional and therapeutic services to all our guests. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for both new and returning clients, while respecting the time and comfort of all guests and therapists.
- Arrival to Your Massage Treatment
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required forms and prepare for your treatment. Timely arrival helps ensure a relaxed and enjoyable session.
- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or additional charges. We are unable to extend sessions for late arrivals, as this may affect following appointments. However, we will do our best to accommodate appointment changes when provided with a minimum of 3 hours notice and subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable fee of 20% applies to any cancellation, as we must secure your booking to ensure our therapist is available to look after you.
- Rescheduling Policy: Appointment changes require a minimum of 3 hours notice and are subject to availability. Each booking may be rescheduled once only. Additional changes, late notice, or failure to attend may result in cancellation fees or loss of deposit.
- Illness / Hygiene Policy
- For the health and safety of our therapists and guests, clients experiencing cold, flu, fever, coughing, or other contagious symptoms are kindly asked not to attend their appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client appears unwell upon arrival.
- Stoppage Policy
- You may stop the massage treatment at any time. A full refund will be provided if the session is stopped within the first 15 minutes. No refunds will be issued after 15 minutes of treatment.
- Couple Booking & Room Conduct Policy
- Couple bookings may be arranged in adjacent treatment rooms with connecting sliding partitions, subject to availability. Please note that we do not offer fully private dedicated couple suites.
- To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask clients to keep conversations and noise levels respectful during treatments, as sound may travel between rooms.
- Any inappropriate behaviour, sexual activity, excessive intimacy, or disruptive conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
- CCTV operates in reception and common areas for safety and security purposes.
- Medical Conditions Policy
- Please inform your therapist of any current medical conditions, injuries, treatments, allergies, or health concerns prior to your appointment. Clients undergoing medical treatments, including chemotherapy or radiation therapy, may be required to provide written approval from their healthcare provider before receiving treatment.
- Clients are responsible for notifying us of any changes to their health condition before each appointment.
- Respect Policy
- We are committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for both guests and therapists. Any form of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, sexual discussion, or misconduct toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the treatment without refund. Serious incidents may be reported to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
